The Digital India BHASHINI Division (DIBD), under the Digital India Corporation (DIC), Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, organised “BHASHINI शिल्पी” at the Embassy of India, Kathmandu, Nepal, on 31 August 2026.
